The Hatco IRC-4 induction rice cooker is built for high volume foodservice operations and provides flexibility for small or large batches with four independent cooking zones. One unit allows you to prepare multiple varieties of rice simultaneously and induction technology provides precise, consistent results while delivering energy efficient performance.

• Induction heats the pan without dangerously hot heating elements for safer operation, with no burning or food spills

• Does not require a vent hood in most cases (check local codes)
