Features:
- 304 stainless steel construction with a satin finish
- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Hemispheric design of the bottom of the kettle provides superior heat transfer
- Tubular stainless steel legs have flanged feet with four holes to secure the unit to the floor
- Sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt forward a full 90° for complete emptying
- Steam kettle controls include a power switch, indicator light, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and low water shutoff
- Tilt mechanism is self locking for positive stop action
- Variable speed mixer powered by a 5 HP electric motor driving a hydraulic pump
- Includes a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator and one high speed mixer
- Agitators are removable for cleaning and require no tools
- Bridge is constructed of 10 gauge stainless steel and contains two heavy duty hydraulic motors to drive the agitators
- Power tilt bridge swings 140° out of the way for kettle tilting and cleaning
- Thermostat range of 140°F to 285°F
- 50 PSI max operating range
