Crown ELT-80 Overview

Features:

  • Constructed of 304 stainless steel with welded satin finish
  • 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
  • Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
  • Kettle jacket encloses heating elements which are easily removable for service
  • Tilting mechanism is self locking positive stop action that will allow the kettle to tilt past 90° for compete emptying
  • Unit is mounted on 4 stainless steel pipe legs with adjustable flanged feet with four holes for securing to the floor
  • Controls are integrally mounted to the kettle base and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety valve, and low water shut off
  • Kettle operates in a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F at a maximum pressure of 50 PSI
