- 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Kettle jacket encloses heating elements which are easily removable for service
- Unit is mounted on 3 stainless steel pipe legs with adjustable flanged feet with four holes for securing to the floor
- Controls are integrally mounted to the kettle base and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety valve, and low water shut off
- Spring assist cover
- Kettle operates in a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F at a maximum pressure of 50 PSI
- Built to ASME code and NSF approved
