Crown DLT-20 Overview
Features:
- Constructed of 304 stainless steel with welded satin finish
- 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Tilting mechanism is self locking positive stop action will allow the kettle to tilt past 90° for complete emptying
- Removable operating handle with heat proof knob can be mounted on the left or right side of each kettle
- Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Steam control kit (steam control valve, trap and strainer, nipples and fittings)
- Mounted on 3 stainless steel pipe legs which conceal the steam piping
- 5-30 PSI operating range
