Crown DL-60 Overview
Features:
- Constructed of 304 stainless steel with welded satin finish
- 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Removable operating handle with heat proof knob can be mounted on the left or right side of each kettle
- Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Steam control kit (line strainer, steam inlet globe valve, steam trap, check valve, spring assisted cover and a 2” draw-off valve with strainer.)
- Tri-leg mounting frame of stainless steel pipe conceals the steam piping
- Flange foot with four holes attached to each leg to secure the unit to the floor
- Includes spring assist hinged stainless steel cover
- 5-30 PSI operating range
