- Vertical and horizontal frame sections are 1" extruded aluminum tubing and 1" solid flat bar stainless steel
- Holds 15 18" x 26" bun pans
- Also holds half size (18" x 13") bun pans or 17" x 25" fryer screens
- 4" Spacing between racks
