- Heat resistant rails can take a sheet pan straight from a 350°F (176°C) oven
- Holds up to 175 lbs (79 kg) total weight with each rail able to hold up to 55 lbs (25 kg)
- Molded-in rails are bottom load only and feature unique raised ribs for quicker cooling and thawing
- Positioning ribs on each rail end are slightly raised to keep sheet pans centered
- Top frame supports a full size sheet pan to protect rack contents below
- 1 1/2" Rail spacing allows for maximum holding capacity
- Components are easy to remove and replace if damaged, ensuring a lifetime of service
- Easy to clean smooth surfaces
- Easy to assemble in three quick steps using one simple tool
