Insulating the container keeps the coffee tasting great for up to 3 hours after it has been brewed unlike electrically or fuel heated coffee that becomes bitter over time. The hammered stainless steel finish exterior with brass trim in a Roman style provides an exquisite looking coffee urn fit to display in any establishment.
Notes: Coffee must be brewed at 200°F or higher to maintain temperature for 3 hours. Not to be used with canned fuel or electric heating elements.
