The freezer came via lift gate and the packaging was impeccable and mar free. When the freezer was finally uncrated yesterday (over a week after delivery) we discovered a large gash in the lower freezer door. Although I am sure the freezer will run fine and the gash is just cosmetic, no one wants to open a brand new item to find it damaged. Like I said the packaging was impeccable and totally damage free which means it was packaged damaged. Whoever inspects at the warehouse missed a beat. I am disappointed. I have not put together the shelves or plugged it in yet. I am still trying to have the old unit removed. I will update when I do. The process of purchasing and ordering was easy and fast. When I called Go Food Service for an update the operator Riley was helpful and friendly and returned my call with more information promptly. That process was great and if I could give a 2 part review I would give them 5 stars.
