APW Wyott TM-43D Overview
Features:
- Stainless steel 1" NPT drain welded to the bottom of the pan, provided with removable screen
- Designed for installation in metal or wood countertop
- Wood mounting kit not included
- Accommodates 4/3 size steamtable pans
- Well is constructed of 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel; above countertop is 20 gauge aluminized outer housing
- Heated by a tubular heating element shaped in a serpentine fashion for even heat distribution
- Element is mounted under the well and secured by an aluminized deflector shield for maximum efficiency
- Standard with APW Wyott E-Z Locks on all four exterior sides for easy installation
- May be used wet or dry (wet use offers best results)
- Large indicating pilot lights
Power Configurations available are 120V 15A or 208V 8.7A
