Does it have a magnetic core or base? It says aluminum core but aluminum isn't compatible with induction but it does say induction ready so I'm confused as to what it's supposed to be.
The Tri-Gen series from Winco features induction ready Tri-Ply construction: 18/8 stainless steel interior cooking surface, an interior layer of aluminum, and a magnetic stainless steel exterior. It's compatible with induction, gas, and electric.
