Does this model hold one turkey? Say 22 lbs?
The Vollrath RO4-208240-8 is designed primarily for chicken and other smaller dishes. This unit is equipped with 4 baskets that rotate inside the machine; we do not believe this machine would accommodate an entire turkey.
