• The NEW Merrychef panini press is an easy to use and install accessory for our 12” cavity high speed ovens, delivering consistent, compressed food with perfect grill marks.
• It delivers the simplest to use panini press on the market, with a paddle that slides food between a top grill plate and a bottom plate. When the paddle is removed the grill will lower to compress the food.
• Easy to install, simply remove the cook plate in the oven and sit the panini press onto the cavity stubs. This creates a versatile cooking option - when the panini press is not in use, you can continue to cook food on top of the press using Merrychef accessories.
• Available in 3 panini press kit options, with a high opening for paninis, bagels, subs and sandwiches with either a flat bottom plate or a grilled bottom plate, allowing you to have grill markings on either just the top of the food or the underside as well. There is a low opening for alternative thinner food options such as quesadillas and flatbreads.
• The top grill plate is designed to maximise the throughput of microwave and convention air, ensuring a consistent cook every time. The ceramic coating also ensures durability for a long lasting product.
• The panini press is easy to clean, simply remove from the oven. It is dishwasher compatible, although care should be taken to reduce chemical exposure.
