The gloves come in three materials for different jobs. Nitrile is the toughest option for constant chopping and handling, vinyl is a lightweight everyday barrier, and TPE is the economical choice when staff change gloves constantly. Rofson's bamboo skewers are made for direct food contact under FDA and USDA rules and work in hot or cold applications, and its picks are cut from natural bamboo and wood for a clean presentation on the plate.
