Globe Food Equipment Commercial Slicers & Mixers

Globe Food Equipment traces its line to 1921, when the Globe Slicing Machine Company invented and patented the gravity-feed slicer. That design changed how delis cut meat and cheese, and it is still the heart of the brand. In 1991 the company was established in Dayton, Ohio as Globe Food Equipment, adding mixers and scales around the slicer. Middleby acquired Globe in 2017. At GoFoodservice, we offer Globe Food Equipment slicers, mixers, grinders, and countertop cooking equipment for delis, sandwich shops, pizza shops, schools, and restaurant prep lines.
- Gravity-feed deli meat and cheese slicers for sandwich shops and delis that need even slices through a full lunch service
- Commercial mixers in countertop and floor models for dough, batter, and batch prep
- Meat grinders and choppers for kitchens that grind in house
- Countertop griddles, fryers, ranges, and panini grills that add a short cookline without a new suite
- Induction cookers, heat lamps, and vacuum packaging machines for finishing, holding, and storing prepped food
- Portion scales and legal-for-trade scales for deli counters and prep tables
Globe slicers are a staple on deli and sandwich lines because the gravity-feed design keeps slices even and the machine easy to run. Mixers and scales from the same Dayton catalog let a shop keep prep on one brand.
From a single slicer in a neighborhood deli to a full prep line in a school or cafeteria, Globe Food Equipment is built for daily commercial use, with a focus on consistent cuts and straightforward operation.
