Fetco, formally the Food Equipment Technologies Company, has engineered commercial brewing equipment since 1987, when founders Zbigniew Lassota and Christopher Nowak set out to modernize high-volume coffee. Still privately owned, Fetco manufactures every product at its own factory headquarters in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
