Epicurean Cutting Boards & Commercial Serving Boards
Founded in 2003 in Superior, Wisconsin, Epicurean grew out of an unexpected origin story. Three entrepreneurs behind TrueRide, Inc., a company that designed and built more than 450 municipal skate parks starting in 1997, discovered that the same paper composite material used for skate ramp surfaces had long been used in commercial kitchens. After making cutting boards from scrap material as holiday gifts, they launched Epicurean and haven't looked back since.
All Epicurean products are designed and manufactured at a 60,000 sq ft facility in Superior, Wisconsin, using paper composite material sourced and produced entirely in the USA. A small amount of silicone and nylon components are sourced from outside the country, but the core material and manufacturing process remain domestic.
